Hi, I’m Jen!
I help organizations, teams, and individuals engage with complexity so they can increase clarity, make thoughtful decisions, do good in the world, and be good to themselves.
It’s a paradox:
As the world grows more complicated, we’re increasingly pushed toward simple analogies, black-and-white thinking, and near-instant answers to just-diagnosed problems.
Asking questions or taking a beat to process can be met with judgment or get us stuck in overwhelm.
If the idea of a “glass” that’s “half empty” or “half full” feels unnecessarily confining, you’re probably in the right place. Likewise, if you want to balance exploration and practicality while trying to understand, solve, or build something new.
Engaging with complexity isn’t overcomplicating. It’s digging into things as deep as they deserve when it’s important to do so, and otherwise as deep as you want to go.
My work sits at the intersection of people, relationships, and systems. My perspective has been shaped by a career spent moving between them within nonprofits, philanthropy and 1:1 client centered work.
I am culturally aware, trauma-informed, and bring an ADHD lens to everything I do.
