Mission-driven work happens across sectors. It may be led by a nonprofit, public agency, or social enterprise, or involve a small business pursuing a project that benefits both the business and the broader community.

A strong mission doesn’t make the practical realities easier. Teams balance ambitious goals with limited time, funding, and staff while responding to multiple stakeholders. Outside support can help turn an idea into a workable plan, move strategy into action, or gather better information for an important decision.

I’ve spent most of my career working in and alongside mission-driven organizations as a professional, consultant, and volunteer, including on both sides of the funding table. I bring experience in program design, strategy, stakeholder research, and grantmaking, along with a grounded understanding of organizational realities.
