For as long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the different ways people understand and move through the world.

I was a shy kid and a voracious reader. Books gave me insight into other people's minds without having to ask. I was fascinated by how two characters could experience the same situation and walk away with completely different understandings of what had happened.

That curiosity eventually became my work.

I've spent most of my career helping organizations and communities navigate change, engage diverse stakeholders, strengthen relationships, and turn ideas into action. That work has taken me through nonprofits, philanthropy, international development, improv comedy, and one-on-one work with clients.

Along the way, I've studied and picked up frameworks from organizational development, program design and management, evaluation, coaching, the enneagram, and more.

I'm still asking big questions, helping people and organizations work through theirs, and finding opportunities to weave in humor and fun.

Because all work and no levity isn’t the best way to grow, connect, or get things done.
