Focus & Follow Through

Tailored, task-based sessions, shaped around what you need to get started and keep going

As any ADHDer can tell you, there’s a difference between knowing what to do and being able to do it when you want to get it done.

A task may feel boring, intimidating, emotionally loaded, or difficult to enter. You might keep postponing it, become distracted after you begin, or hit a sticking point and lose momentum.

Many people with ADHD find body doubling helpful because it adds external structure, accountability, and the presence of another person while they work.

But ADHD is dynamic. Some days, quiet company may be enough. Other times, it’s not.

Depending on the task or how you’re feeling that day,  you might need help deciding where to begin, organizing your thoughts, or troubleshooting a barrier before you can work independently.

You can bring a professional, creative, administrative, or personal task. Some possibilities include:

  • Completing paperwork, forms, scheduling, or other life administration

  • Responding to emails or working through an overloaded inbox

  • Writing, editing, or preparing an application

  • Organizing files, information, or materials

  • Cleaning or working on a household task

  • Returning to something you’ve been avoiding or repeatedly postponing

  • Working through a repetitive or tedious task

  • Completing a focused piece of a larger project

You’ll remain responsible for completing the task, but you won’t have to face the work alone.

What Could We Work On?

How it Works

Step 1: Project Fit Call

We’ll start with a free 15-minute call to discuss your project, what kind of support you’re looking for, and whether this service is a good fit. If it is, we’ll decide whether the three-session or six-session option makes the most sense.

Step 2: Materials & Scope

Sessions are flexible and practical. We’ll use our time for the mix of thinking, planning, troubleshooting, and focused work that will be most useful for your project. Some of the work will happen during our sessions, not only between them.

If a planning tool would help, I can offer simple templates for mapping the project, tracking tasks, or creating a timeline. These will use familiar, free tools such as Google Docs or Sheets, so you won’t need a new subscription or an elaborate new system.

Between Sessions

After revising, you may submit the same proposal for a focused review of the changes and priority issues identified in the original feedback. This is not a second comprehensive review and must be scheduled within 14 days of the initial debrief.

Packages and Pricing

Three Sessions: $375
A good fit for a defined project, one phase of a larger project, or a short-term goal.

Six Sessions: $700
A good fit for a more complex project or something that would benefit from sustained support through planning and implementation.

Sessions are 60 minutes and usually scheduled every week or every other week. Three-session packages must be completed within 10 weeks of the first session, and six-session packages within 16 weeks.
